Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on professional development and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and constructive manner.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
